Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Zima account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

  • 3.
    Ship to Zima

    Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
